1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers via our website www.matthiaslauche.com.
1.2. Customers may be consumers (§ 13 BGB) or businesses (§ 14 BGB).

2. Contracting Party, Contract Conclusion
2.1. The purchase contract is concluded with
Matthias Lauche, Klewergarten 12, 30449 Hannover.
2.2. By listing the products in our online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when the customer accepts the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the "Kaufen" button.

3. Prices and Payment Terms
3.1. All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT.
3.2. Payment methods include PayPal, credit card,
prepayment, and instant bank transfer.

4. Delivery and Delivery Conditions
4.1. Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.
4.2. Delivery times and restrictions are indicated in
the respective product descriptions.

5. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
5.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing a reason.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty and Liability
7.1. Statutory warranty rights apply.
7.2. We are only liable for damages in cases of intent or gross negligence and for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

8. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
9.2. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final Provisions
10.1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
10.2. Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
